To pursue our dreams with vitality, the health and wellness of our body is key. At the end of a journey of a thousand miles, your body will thank you. In order to get into our dreams, we have to get up and go. Action is the vital key. We can dream all we want in the privacy of our own home, but at some point we have to go out there!

And I’m not talking about dragging yourself from a to b. I’m talking about living well and powerfully in your body. Exercise a bit everyday. Slowly work into a model that fits your life. I wake up super early to get mine underway, because it’s the only time that’s mine! So I take it. Take a part of the day and make it yours everyday.
It’s best to pursue a activity that you enjoy and are interested in. Spring’s coming, supplement biking, walking, running and meandering into your daily routine. Hiking in the wilderness is a great way to connect with the natural world, and no gym fees. Fitness can be a natural way of life.
